Image License PHOTOS - ORIGINAL

PURCHASE AGREEMENT:

The purchase of Grand & Lovely images comes with a non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard license that allows for personal and professional/commercial use of the images created by Grand & Lovely stock.

This agreement is super simple!

Purchasers May:

• Use images for personal or business use, an unlimited number of times, online and in print but may not transfer or sell them in any form to any third party.
• Resize, crop or change image orientation.
• Overlay the image with text, website screenshots, product designs and pdf designs.
• Add filters or colour overlays to complement their branding aesthetic.
• Use the images to create opt-ins such as newsletters, checklists, magazines, workbooks, pdfs and ebooks.
• Use the images for multiple businesses/blogs or end-projects for which the member is the sole owner.

Purchasers May NOT:

• Otherwise alter, edit or manipulate the image, or claim the image as their own. Elaine King / Grand & Lovely Stock owns the original rights to the image and as a customer you are agreeing to simply use the images in the ways outlined in these terms.
• Redistribute, sell, lend, or give away the image or otherwise allow a third-party to use the image in any way.
• Images may not be used for any offensive, illegal or pornographic use. 
• Use the images to promote or sell other stock photography products/services/resources/courses, whether for free or paid.
